Name & Agency Verification
Look at the linked PDF (alphabetical by last name). Let us know if your name and agency are spelled correctly. (This is information from when you registered for ELA, unless you have given us different information since then.) How it is listed on this PDF is how it will be printed on the program, your certificate, and in the press release unless you tell us otherwise. (It will be listed the same across all of those documents.)
If your agency is listed generically, like Johnson County Government, be sure to indicate if you want it to be more specific (i.e. have your department name too).
Help the person who will read your name at graduation. Here’s an example, Alecia Gray:
Alecia = uh-LEE-shuh
Gray = (like the color)
The fields below are mandatory. If you feel like your name needs no explanation, simply put something to that effect.
Write a sentence or two (roughly 25-35 words) about your ELA experience that you’d like read out loud at graduation. It could be something inspirational that was said in a class by an instructor, an exercise that you did that proved particularly meaningful, or anything else that you’d like to share with the graduation attendees about what you learned (from each other, guests, books). This will be read (along with your name and agency) as you are getting your certificate from Noel and getting your picture taken.
