CPM Collaboration Conference RSVP - Alumni

If you are a CPM or a LELA Command School graduate looking to maintain a connection with all the wonderful things you learned during those courses, then the CPM Collaboration Conference is a wonderful way to do that!

Networking Activities (Optional)

Due to the fact that space is limited, we'd like to know who is planning to come to various (optional) networking events. Please note that all meals are pay on your own.

The options are:

Tuesday afternoon

  • Lunch in the DoubleTree Hotel's Boulevard Grill
  • Lunch elsewhere in Lawrence

Tuesday evening

  • Networking time at the DoubleTree Hotel's Boulevard Grill (4 p.m. - whenever)
  • Dinner at the Free State Brewery, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m
    • (This option has reached capacity)

Wednesday afternoon (on your own)

  • Lunch in the DoubleTree Hotel's Boulevard Grill 
  • Lunch elsewhere in Lawrence

Please indicate below if you are coming to the Hotel space, or to the dinner. If you do not plan to, you do not have to select an option.


Payment

Our transition is your gain!

In years past, this event has issued a charge. However, due to changes within our department, staffing positions, and a smaller venue this year, the CPM Collaboration Conference of 2017 will be a free event to Alumni.

Please know that gratuitous attendance is limited. Once capacity is reached, this form will be no longer active, and attendance will be capped. Thank you for your understanding.

We take photos and video at our conference and assume your attendance indicates your consent to having your image and/or voice used in future marketing materials.
